A pair of former foster parents from Osage County has been arrested on various child abuse complaints, according to the county sheriff's office. KOCO Eyewitness News 5's Wendell Edwards reports.
1/ There are 3 different reports that my own daughter, Samantha, who was non-verbal and had a chromosome disorder was sent to school from her medical placement and fed bread with mould on it. 2/ A Principal and Rehabiliation Aide witnessed the foster female take Samantha by the hand and shake her as she screamed, "STOP IT!" while she vomited. 3/ The foster female admits to leaving Samantha in clothing covered in vomit as punishment.
