Citizen assist. 7:53 p.m. Sunday. 19600 block of Dorado Drive. The caller said her 13-year-old foster daughter is trying to leave the house. The caller has been trying to contact the daughter's social worker, but she's not returning her calls. The caller wants to prevent the daughter from leaving the house but doesn't want to physically restrain her.
